When choosing the fixtures, fittings and finishes for your new home, there are literally hundreds of possible colour and texture combinations to choose from - which is very exciting but can be a little overwhelming.

That’s why our team of qualified experts from the VUE Studio are here to help. Our Colour & Design Consultants will guide you through the process of selecting the personalised elements your home from start to finish, helping you select combinations that work together and bring your new home vision to life.

VUE Studio has hundreds of products on display, for you to see, touch and explore, from our leading supplier partners such as  Austral Bricks, Bristile Roofing, Colourbond, Dulux Paint, Laminex, Quantum Quartz, Corinthian Doors, A&L Windows, Ilve Appliances, Alder Tapware, Choices Carpet, Perfect Timber Floors and many more.

 How do we get started?

At the beginning of your build journey, your personal Building Co-ordinator will contact you to explain the stages of the build process and make a number of important appointment dates with you.  One of these is your Selections Appointment at VUE Studio, where you will spend the day with one of Colour & Design Consultants, who will explain your options and help you choose from the exciting array of products on display.  VUE Studio is located at Granvue Homes Head Office, 45 Keilor Park Drive, and Keilor Park.

How long will my Selections Appointment take?

There are a lot of items to select when choosing everything to customise your home, so we recommend you plan to use the entire day to make the most of this experience.  We will allocate one of our dedicated Colour & Design Consultants to provide ‘one on one’ personal service and advice; so you can be confident in your selections without feeling rushed. With one dedicated design professional helping you through the entire process, you can be sure that the themes and styles you select will translate seamlessly throughout your home; from the front façade, through to the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and beyond. Although it can seem a bit daunting, you’re in great hands with the VUE Studio team who will help make this an exciting and memorable day.

How can I prepare for my appointment?

The best way to prepare for your appointment is to attend a Studio Preview.  You can make a time to come and visit the VUE Selections Studio, ahead of your selections appointment, to get an idea of some of the options available on the day.  You're welcome to schedule a Studio Preview at a time that suits you, where you can browse the selections on offer and think about the choices available, so that you can plan ahead.  It's a good idea to familiarise yourself with the standard inclusions in your home and your options to choose from, including a selection of colours, finishes and fixtures.  You may want to start recording some of your potential choices, ahead of your Selections Appointment so that you have a good starting point.  It’s also a great idea to re-visit our display homes to get an idea of the colours and finishes that you like, or browse the photo galleries on our website for inspiration.  

Is Wi Fi available? 

Some of our customers like to save reference pictures electronically or use platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest to capture inspirational images to share with their Colour & Design Consultant. VUE Studio has Guest Wi Fi available so that you can access these resources from your mobile phone or tablet and have secure access to internet and email throughout your appointment.

What happens next?

After your Selections Appointment, your Colour & Design Consultant will input your selections into our system to ensure that your selected preferences are ordered for your home.  While pricing for most items will be available on the day, there are some items that require a quote and your Building Co-ordinator will be able to provide this information once the pricing is finalised.  After this it’s all smooth sailing as we prepare your contract and get ready to build your new dream home.
