Granvue homes were really helpful from the word go right the way through till handover . Always informing us of what’s going on week to week , the workmanship was really good. No major issues , the supervisor was always aware of what was going on and always gave us answers to any questions we had and the service and support was great.
I have enjoyed the experience building with Granvue Homes. The standard inclusions were great so as the special promotion. The whole process from the time I dealt with the Sales Consultant, to the tender appointment, colour selection was so easy and smooth. They gave me new ideas and very flexible with making structural changes. I received weekly updates from administration area. Building supervisor was excellent and he did a great job. Recently I have moved to a beautiful and good quality home. Good value for the money and beautiful designer homes. I would highly recommend Granvue Homes. We were very happy with the workmanship and build quality that was provided by Granvue Homes. The process from choosing the design until finishing the whole building process were very smooth. Building inspector was very helpful and customer services were responsive. They were willing to listen to our request and attempting to fulfill them in anyway they could. The completion date was fulfilled as promised. We highly recommend Granvue Homes.

Seamless first home experience All contacts at Granvue homes were friendly and helpful, and never made me feel as though I was a nuisance or asking ridiculous questions - being a first time experience for me there were quite a few! The speed and quality of the process were exceptional - realistic expectations were set, and any issues identified along the way were quickly fixed during tender. Granvue homes made the process a breeze, especially the choice of colour schemes; not having to choose everything individually and being backed by interior designers helped me build with confidence. I was also really happy with the list of inclusions.
Our overall experience with Granvue has been a very positive one so far. There is a common theme of care, being communicative and customer centricity that you get when dealing with all the people at Granvue. I am currently at a building stage and hence talking to the building coordinator who is also fantastic and helps a lot with any little query that we have. We will continue to work with Granvue for them to deliver our dream home and we congratulate Granvue team for achieving such customer level of customer focus through their amazing people.
